Into the Water and Beyond

It's truly amazing how fear can rule actions and emotions and part of this journey has been overcoming fear. In many ways this is liberating and exhilarating. Working through and problem solving limitation without frustration, going slow, watching every step.

I have had so much support from my friends since my return and this lovely lady helped me in and out of the Caribbean Sea for the first time in almost 3 years.
